Do you know what it’s like to have too much energy? I mean, literally like: too much. Imagine you asking yourself every day: “Oh god, what to do with all this energy I have?”
Whether this seems realistic to you or not, just take a moment to wonder what you would do with it… Because let’s face it, what you can do or get done in a day largely depends on how much energy you have available. If you’re feeling drained, tired and exhausted chances are small that you feel like getting that important task done, or taking that big decision. Those things cost energy, so the amount of energy you have matters a great deal.
We are all familiar with those days when you just can’t seem to get going, or to get anything done at all. Does this happen so often that you feel like you’re just not able to make any progress? Then it’s time to make a change. Because as business owners, we must take the amount of unproductive days to the absolute minimum.
To make things plain and simple: the amount of energy you have is in direct proportion to your productivity. Because if you have high energy, you want to spend it. Moreover: you need to spend it; especially if you feel like you have ‘too much’ energy.
Now, what exactly determines our energy level, and what keeps us from having a high energy level? Enough sleep, exercise and healthy food are known to influence both our physical and mental health and make sure we stay alert and sane. But what about the emotional aspect? Emotions are beautiful features of human nature: they add flavour to our lives and provide value to our daily actions and events. But they also have the power to give us energy and to take energy away from us…
Therefore, in order to have more energy we need to be able to control and influence our emotions instead of them controlling us.
Is this even possible? Well yes, it is, and many people are already doing this. They are experiencing an extraordinary level of confidence, joy, focus and productivity as a result. So again, if you feel emotionally drained, unsatisfied, out of balance or unable to be productive and achieve your goals, ask yourself this question: “What if I had too much energy? What would I spend it on?” Probably there are just too many things to choose from. So as a matter of fact, there is no such thing as too much energy. You can never have enough of it.
The good news is: there is a whole storehouse of energy at your disposal, if you only start using the right tools to get in touch with it. I used my energy surplus to create a method to make these tools available for you. Send me a message if you’re ready to go!
